Returns:
New items only(unused) may be returned when accompanied by original receipt within 10 days of purchase and are subject to 15% restocking charge plus shipping charges.
No returns on electrical, Parts,chemicals or appliances,used items, auction items ect.
Special Orders:
Pre-Paid, no exchange,no return no refund.
Shipping:
Charges include a 10% fee for packaging and fuel surcharges
Direct shipment are the responsibility of the person accepting the delivery.
NO claims after delivery.
All claims discarded after 30 days.
Cancellations:
Orders cannot be canceled after 2 hours of being placed
